BlueSky were incredibly helpful in the process of purchasing our first home and were always available to help answer any questions we had. Clare Ball in particular, was our point of contact and would go above and beyond to answer any queries we had and help move the process along.

I was having problems with a tenant and my neighbours suggested i switch to blue sky. I am so pleased I did. From the start their documentation was detailed, very clear and dealt explicitly with the various aspects of the landlord, agent, tenant relationship.Since then, I have been delighted with the service. Gas certificates etc are done on time without prompting. Repairs/refurbishment dealt with, without drama. Everything just......works!I have recommended blue sky to a friend and she was delighted.

I rang blue sky today to register on their mailing list. I was so impressed with the service and how comfortable they made me feel. Absolutely fantastic service from the team...from day 1, honest discussions about value of property following on from mini budget chaos. They arranged an open day, 13 viewers, sold for over the asking price within 3 days. After the sale, excellent communication throughout. Genuinely, could not fault them. Now currently living in a building site whilst we do up the new house but can't fault Blue Sky at all....!!

I recently went on a period of travel and was out the country for 3.5 months. Within a few weeks of being away my tenants notified me they would be moving out of my rental property. Due to the logistics of being away, I thought it was going to be difficult to manage the end of tenancy / readvertisement of the property whilst dealing with time differences, lack of internet etc. Thankfully Blue Sky/Sue Bull were there to help me!!I can honestly say Sue made the process SO easy and everything went seamlessly. Within a few email exchanges, my property was live for rental again, viewings were being arranged and all was in hand. Sue was always very efficient and quick to respond with queries about pricing, fees, and clarification around landlord obligations. She recommended a company for PAT testing and just took all stress out of the situation. My property was rented immediately and the transition between tenants was seamless. I cant speak highly enough of the service I received and will continue to use Blue Sky for my rental property.

Sue was extremely helpful with securing my parents property, she was always on hand to provide updates where necessary. The application process was a smooth transition, we would be happy to rent from BlueSky again in the future.
