Probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Went in for speaker upgrades for a T5 but the guy behind the counter clearly couldn't be bothered. Was told to remove the door cards before he could tell me what I needed. No offer to come & look at the van despite it being parked right outside the workshop.

Desperately needed new screws for my JBL Crossovers (x2) that had suffered from severe rusting, the screw themselves are very small and very difficult to source from anywhere.The guys @Street Sounds went well beyond the call of duty and put together 12 screws from various sources in their shop. Really saved me a lot of time and money.Many thanks and highly recommended.

I’ve used Street Sounds around 5 times now in the past few years on various retro / classic cars and they always do a brilliant job all around and I feel they care about the quality of work they delivery, thats not a given these days. Great workshop and friendly staff, always a pleasure to deal with!

I took my car to have my stereo replacement and Street Sounds missed it all up. First they did something to my amplifier that was working perfectly fine when I brought the car in as I was listening to music when I got there and then it had no audio when they replaced it and blame it on my Lexus is250 says this model always has problems with the amplifier and the non brand stereo for Lexus, and also didn't put the old stereo back in properly so it's sticking out in places and damaged my dashboard.Then I bought a new amplifier and they said they will put it right and put the stereo in properly. I then took the car back and asked for it to all be put right with the amplifier I bought and put in a subwoofer that was working perfectly fine but after waiting hours I was told the subwoofer is not working. It was working perfectly fine when I took it in and was told it's fault and keep blowing the fuse. They still didn't put the old stereo back properly and is still sticking out in places. What a waste of time and thanks for damaging my Dashboard and not putting my old stereo back properly and for blowing up my amplifier and subwoofer. I would not recommend Street Sounds to have anything done to you car stereo. I'm very very disappointed with all the damage done and wish I never went to this place. Highly not recommended at all. Thanks for all the damage you did.I will be taking this further as I want it put right.

Fitted a kenwood 8020 car dabs to my vw tiguan, they are professional, friendly, took their advice so pleased, highly recommend, love my car again . Thankyou Street sounds.

I have used this shop a few times now,Always very helpful if you ask the right questions.Today I got some replacement tweeters, they were very helpful and helped me fit them with no extra charge. We had to bodge it a bit but that’s cars.I’m not sure why they have so many bad reviews, I can see why people think the customer service is weird but just be nice and ask open questions and you’ll get reasonable responses.This shop never gave me hassle maybe they seem grumpy but are very nice if you have a bit of respect and listen.Thank you so much, always nice to have somewhere for car audio. Not too many specialists now.

I had an excellent experience with this place! After buying a new car, I was disappointed with the poor quality of the speakers. Thankfully, Richard provided exceptional service and helped me pick out new ones based on my musical preferences. He even scheduled a convenient installation date for me at a reasonable price. The new speakers sound amazing with crisp audio quality, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their car audio system.

I bought a bmw 530e, I liked almost all of it except the sound system didn't quite match the quality of the rest of the car. Street Sounds were fantastic, the sound is transformed by the installation of new speakers. I am delighted. Highly recommended this company.
