Assess Energy

Recently had Assess Energy cary out an EPC at our business premises. Assessor was Jonathan.He came accross as a know it all, insisting that he knew me, knew lots of Asian Sikhs and had seen me before, very intrusive, nosey and found him rude.As it is, I've never seen him before. Then at a later date assessed a tenants flat and struck up an inappropriate conversation which was perceived by tenant as racist.I hope Local authority and Assess deal with and get rid of him ASAP.I would definitely NOT recommend Assess to anyone.Minimum I could give was 1 star. I wanted to give 0

Poor service. Cancelled appointment at short notice for EPC as would prefer someone else did it" but wouldn't even suggest anyone. Disappointed."
