This is an excellent independent shop, they sell unusual and interesting products and are very fairly priced. The candle range is amazing.

I used to shop online using their site, making regular purchases. Decided to visit in person, big mistake. The male serving was not welcoming. When asked for help to find a gift he was cold and hardly helpful. I’m glad he saved me wasting anymore money here. There was a young lady in the store at the same time as us. He was more interested in flirting with her. You lost future sales and I will recommend Zen in Birmingham as they’re always warm welcome and friendly.

This cute little shop has an array of stock for everyone! From candles and incense to a whole spread of crystals. It's reasonably priced and the staff are so welcoming and friendly and super helpful. I visit this place at least 2/3 times a week and will continue to do so, it's perfect and if they don't have what you're looking for, the staff are more than happy to help you.

Love this shop! Great choice and very cheap too. Owner is lovely and very helpful.

Has a good little variety of crystals, incense and candles amongst other witchy wares

I like this shop. It's spiritual, inspirational and have a lot of items I like to use especially stones, candles and incense. I buy zodiac candles in there as I can't find them anywhere else. Some of their items are too expensive and can be found much cheaper elsewhere. The staff are helpful and friendly. Ventilation isn't too good as the scents are concentrated in a little space. They need to be kept in cabinets. The glass on the counter has been broken and sellotaped for months. I can't play 'receipt hog' with their receipts as they are not as detailed as they could be. They r not opened on Sundays which is a bit disappointing

The guy was very helpful in the shop and you gave me a chair to sit on as I am disabled what good service I received and I also had a customer who offered to carry my things back to my car for me the shop is truly blessed
