Very disappointed! I rang and left a message and didn't get a response back until the day after. He apologised and booked to come out to 'have a look' (not even an 'estimate'?) two days after at 'around midday'. I rang and left a message when he didn't turn up and sadly I am still waiting to hear back from him even now...
