WARNING! PLEASE READ2 weeks ago, I underwent microblading at this salon, the microblading was carried out by Shilpy.The week before I had a full body wax carried out at the salon by Anuradha. I was really pleased with the results of my waxing, she gave me a leaflet for the salon, and I saw they were offering microblading, she told me that they were doing a special offer on microblading and were offering it for the reduced price of £150 instead of £180 it seemed like a really good deal so I booked for the following week, I was told to bring cash.I attended my appointment and spoke with a lady who said her name was Shilpy and she would be carrying out my treatment, she showed me pictures of microblading she had carried out previously and they looked good. She explained that she would not be carrying out microblading but micro needling, she explained this was better and the effect would be the same.I explained that I did not want my eyebrows too thick and showed her a picture from when they were microbladed before at a different salon ( see last picture ). Shilpy gave me a cup of coffee and 2 x 500mg paracetamol’s which she said “would help with the pain”. She then proceeded to draw on my eyebrows with a half used blunt eyebrow pencil, when I saw them, I said they were too thick, she explained they would not be that thick and it was just a guide. She then applied numbing cream and while she was waiting for it to take effect, she proceeded to get her hair dyed.I was asked to fill in a form which asked basic questions, I was not given a proper consultation. Shilpy did not map my eyebrows to ensure evenness or carry out a patch test prior to my treatment.After 20- 30 mins I was led into the treatment room where she began to tattoo my eyebrow’s, the pain was absolutely excruciating I was literally crying out in pain, she was apologetic and kept applying “numbing cream” throughout the treatment. Something felt very wrong, I had microblading done a few years ago and it did not hurt, this went on for about 2 hours.When the treatment was finished, I went to the bathroom to look and was horrified, they were too thick, one was higher than the other and my right eyebrow come to far over onto the bridge of my nose. When I confronted her, she said she was following my natural eyebrow shape and she would correct it when I returned for my top-up.I was in pain, distressed and bleeding and just wanted to get home. Once home I called her and told her this is not what I wanted or paid for and I wanted a refund, she did not argue, she knew she messed up. She told me should would transfer the money to my bank account right away. I sent her my bank details and waited. Shilpy called me a short while later and told me she was having trouble with her account and I would need to return to the salon and get cash. I was then forced to return to the salon to collect cash while still bleeding and in pain. No receipt was given for either of the treatments or for the refund.I underwent emergency saline tattoo removal treatment the following day. Despite the therapist’s best efforts to remove them unfortunately it did not work, I will need to undergo laser treatment to completely remove them. I was told at the removal session that you are not supposed to drink caffeine of take any pain medication before microblading or any form or semi-permanent make up procedure.I have reached out to the salon to explain what I am going through as result of my bodged eyebrows and asked them to pay for my removal treatment, they messed up. I could have accepted that they were thicker than what I asked for, but they are uneven and one comes onto the bridge of my nose but they have ignored my messages and know they have blocked me so I have been left with no other option than to take this matter further.This isn’t a dodgy hair cut or colour this is a tattoo on my face that I have to look at every day, this has caused me immense distress and upset and will cost me financially to rectify.Ladies please be warned!!

I used to do waxing, whenever I came to Shilpy , she encouraged me to do laser. At first I was scared but she made me have confidence. I'm really happy because within 7 sessions my hair was completely gone.

I had very good experience here, and I am coming here since last two year and I did waxing,eyebrows which is perfect and hair colouring couple of time It's amazing and I did highlights also the lyer cut that changed my look and given volume to my hairs. In this salon everything is well organized and hygiene is maintained by the staff. The staff is very friendly and caring and always make sure client is comfortable and happy. Also,i did party makeup and hennah on my hand and it was very amazing and colour came out v perfectly the way i want. So,i suggest my friends to go their and redeem their services as its budget friendly.Thankyou

Anuradha was very friendly and professional. I had a hollywood waxing after a long time of shaving and I expected it to hurt a lot more than it did. She has very light hands in doing the procedure and it was straight on 30 minutes

I’ve been at this place three times now for hollywood waxing, underarms and eyebrow threading, Anuradha is the lovely lady providing these services, so caring, does the job well and makes you feel comfortable, I would definitely recommend this salon for your treatments, prices are competitive with lovely services. They have now moved to new space which is spacious and beautiful inside.If you’re ever looking for a place to do your treatment, ladies with lovely customer service and decent prices, this is the place for you.

Anuradha was amazing, quick and efficient with the wax. It was my first time and she made sure I was very comfortable and was reassuring me every couple of minutes throughout the waxing session. She was amazing and will definitely be booking again!

WORST SALON EVER!!! It was a very cramped placed and they just kept accepting customers even when they didn’t have capacity or time. I went for Permanent hair straightening and they ruined my hair. The products they were using were really bad quality and literally burnt my hair as you can see in the pictures. Not only they ignored me when I told them it’s burning but they kept saying that my hair quality is really bad. I was having hair loss and burning sensation in my scalp and they conviniently just said it’s normal. When I insisted something is wrong they blamed it on my highlights that I had done 11 months ago. They were rude and kept talking in a foreign language and didn’t even bother to tell me what was happening. When I saw my hair after wash I told them its burnt and they denied it on my face and just said my hair is damaged and was not of good quality even before. It took them so long to realise that they messed up and even then they weren’t ready to admit that its their fault. They never did a patch test or took me seriously and now I have to live with their mistake. PLEASE DONT GET FOOLED BY THE GOOGLE REVIEWS AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

Amazing service. Went to get a wax and the whole procedure was perfect. Room was clean , ventilated & private. Staff were amazing and friendly. I loved my experience and will be coming back & recommending to all my friends !

Anuradha was amazing! I had an underarm, full leg and hollywood wax and was scared as it was my first time, however she is very gentle and the whole experience was not as painful as I thought it would be. She is very professional and kept checking up on me to see how I was doing. I would recommend this salon for a wax to anyone.
