Rude staff, no people skills whatsoever! Reasonable dietary requirements denied and ridiculous high prices. Most of our family that live in anstey had told us of this weirdly disgusting customer service and now having experienced it for ourselves will also never be going again. Londis sarnies will do me, half the price and regular staff have much more manners. In a climate where every penny count at the moment, your prices and rude staff will soon be detrimental to your business. As for me I'll be making and baking my own from now!

So fresh, best bacon cob I’ve had in ages, donuts were delicious and latte, great!Definitely recommend and has become a new favourite!

Isn't birds just the best? Cakes and bread top quality and the staff are so nice. It's got a modern old fashioned sort of vibe. Love this baker.

We’ve been going to Birds bakeries for over 30 years now. I popped in here to get a sense of nostalgia from the one we used to visit in Newark. Friendly staff and the food is exactly as I remember.If you have a sweet tooth try the custard doughnuts or “elephants feet”

Very friendly staff, reasonably priced and have most items in stock. Our Kids love their chocolate items.
