I ordered an extra large planter. I had a lovely e mail thanking me for my purchase and advising that it may take a few days to arrive.It arrived the next day! Two seater garden bench sent with defective manufacturing. Apparently the quality control failed during it's manufacture.The owner of the company called, and apologised for the problems I had experienced. I was compensated for said problems and he said that he would investigate the root cause to ensure it was not repeated.Added 1 month later.This company has further contacted me, to ensure that everything is now to my satisfaction. That is surely the mark of a company that cares for it's product, it's reputation and it's customers.I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.
