I have used these guys in the past, however due to a lack of clear communication with orders not arriving I switch to a more reliable service.Unfortunately had a blow out mid last week and no other place were available to refit a tyre as quick as Kind David.Ordering was fine, all be it a little expensive but it was the quickest by far. They phoned stating the booking date on the website was wrong (Bank holiday Monday) so the next day in the morning was best.Turned up before work, to get my tyre fixed, and they did not have the tyre. No apology, No call to not waste my time or travel just a we will call you when it's in".They checked as there system was down and they can see the order but the tyre was not there at all. The lack of communication was disappointing. Order time and delivery they cannot help but the attitude was not very good. This is only my experience and maybe I have been very unlucky but there are much better firms for tyre repairs and fitting in Llanelli.However the pull factor was the guys in the store. Solid

Great big tyre shop, no queue, pulled straight in and we were away within 10 minutes. Friendly staff and really quick! Fab!

Richard was quite nice and helpful. Due to the lack of time it took initially, he didn't even charge me for a check up. When I went there some time after, Richard was busy with an Mot, so another, older, employee served me. He was blunt and very unhelpful. All I wanted was some information regarding the problem with my car, but he was very disinterested in helping me and seemingly wanted me to leave ASAP. Also very expensive. Told me the cost was £460, with the part being around £140, and it being a 10 minute job seemed extensive.
