Quality Gutters

Avoid at all costs. Spent £1k and they left the roof in a worse state than it was before they came. And don't believe the other 5-star review on Google - it's from their Office Manager.

Really excellent service. Very responsive administration. Reasonable quotation and extra costs were immediately communicated for approval before work done. Robert was clean, diligent, punctual and polite and cleaned up after the work was completed efficiently. Showed me photos so that I could see and understand what had been done. Will use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were very impressed with this company. They arrived on time and sorted out our blocked gutter quickly and efficiently for the quoted price. They took several photographs to clarify the extent of the debris. The operative had a very pleasant and professional manner. I would definitely recommend.

I used them 2 years ago for three different jobs:- Fixing a large crack causing a leak inside the front bedroom and cleaning the gutter- Installing a dry vent ridge tile system on a loft retrofit (I received a fair few quotes but Quality Gutter gave the best quote)- Remedial work to the front of a property to fix damp issues due to leaks through renderThey did a good job all in all - for the last job listed it made less of a difference than expected but I think that's due to the old windows rather than anything they did or didnt no. The staff (Robert and Dora) I have found to be extremely professional and courteous and for the other jobs they ended up having to do more work than they expected but honoured their quoted price. I would use again.
