Every time I have had to visit, I have been seen and dealt with it a timely manner. The doctors are always busy but have always taken the time to deal with my medical issues promptly and considerately.

Older receptionist with glasses is incredibly vile, I witnessed her being so rude to a young man with learning disabilities and his carer. Ill be changing surgery's as a result....

Not at all helpful. Woman on the phone wouldn't let me finish my sentences as I tried to explain my situation before telling me to go elsewhere.

Impossible to get an appointment or even try to get through on the phone! Appointments are repeatedly cancelled. Waste of time!!!!!!

I changed doctors to Talbot Medical Centre after getting no help with problems from my previous doctors. Sign up was quick and easy. The receptionists are helpful and friendly, i got a phone appointment quite quickly compared to my previous doctors, and i got an in person appointment within 2 days. I CANNOT say enough good things about Dr Neeschal Puri. I’ve had ongoing issues for months that were never resolved with my previous doctors. Dr Puri was on time, he listened, he even showed me images on google to show examples of what he could see my issue was, and was really really helpful and explained things well. I left with prescriptions and a plan of action for the first time and despite the negative reviews here, I’m so happy i changed doctors and i cannot recommend them enough.

Rude staff, doctors have no clue, they couldn’t careless about patients. Disabled people waiting weeks without there needed prescriptions because the doctors don’t send them back to the pharmacy! Honestly the worse surgery to go to.. avoid it at all costs!

I have been with this practice for quite a few years now and the doctors are very helpful and listen to you without making you feel rushed, reception staff are also friendly and the practice itself is always nice and clean. There can be a wait for an appointment specially due to covid but with the online consultation it makes it easier to get advice when no appointments are available.

It was alright but I hope the doctors would be more patiently treated to patients

Never get an appointment always busy bla bla black really 3/4 cars in car park. Can't see doctor or even get a repeat prescription as I have to have a check up when can't get an appointment always phone in moenimo
