Vets4Pets - Clevedon

We received fantastic customer service here at Vets4Pets last week.The vet and her assistants were amongst the most friendly, animal caring, professional people I've encountered in many years. My regular veterinary clinic is Green Pastures in Weston but for sure, not anymore. A big thank you to Shelagh and April in particular.To jog the memory of the staff, who can forget the cat arrived as Tinkerbell only to become Tinker, then to become Mike - all in the space of an hour! :-)

The service we receive from all at the vets is above expectation. Edita is amazing, always looks after our dog with care and compassion whilst reassuring us at the same time. Nothing is too much trouble & they keep in touch to follow up on the pets care. I can’t thank Edita enough!

We really love this vet. Everyone there is so friendly and you can tell how much they love the animals. Ellie and Britannie are especially lovely, and always seem to remember us when we visit. They're clear about costs and procedure and have also been helpful when we had questions. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly - could tell they were interested and invested in my pets wellbeing. Received a call when out of surgery saying he was doing well and arranged a prompt pick up time which was very welcome. Lovely staff all round and excellent value.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, I had to go through a pet certificate process due to going abroad as an emergency. Every single person involved in the process went above and beyond to make sure I had all information necessary regarding my pets. In fact they showed so much care that it seemed as if my dogs belonged to them :). Communication was excellent, every possible bit of information was communicated either through email or by phone, it felt as if I had the whole practice exclusive to my pets and myself. Outstanding customer service that brings back faith in people. This practice can lead by example on how to deal with pets and their owners at every level. Will definitely use this practice again. I would definitely trust these people with my pets if they required any medical procedure. Thank you so much.

My cat is a grumpy cat and needed to go under anesthetic the same day . When we went for the consultation/appointment. My cat was calm and relaxed. The vet was so gentle with her and she . When she got back she seems happy and we are happy

Excellent service from start to finish, easy to book on the phone, all confirmed. On arrival all easy, all staff continued the professionalism, vet very pleasant every thing explained, very quick and efficient.

Not very impressed. Felt like they were trying to do un neccessary procedures on my dog. It felt like they were trying to make money. Omg they are expensive too. Nearly 140 pounds just for a 5 min consultation and some cream and only a few days of antibiotics . Which is not enough to cure any infection. Very unsure if i will ever return.

My dog Cookie had spay surgery in Vets4Pets Clevedon and I am absolutely amazed with the level of care. We have received exceptional service from Iwona (the vet) and Amy (the nurse), who were very professional and informative, and everyone else that we have spoken to was very friendly and professional too.The cut was small, well dressed, no complications afterwards, wound healed very quickly.The cost was also reasonable, for £300 we had consultation before the surgery, surgery with dog being almost the whole day looked after in the clinic, post surgery check up, pain medication and collar to take home, as well as a can of recovery food. They have also rang the next day to ask how was Cookie.Very happy customer.

Could not do enough for my rabbit and got him in immediately. He wasn't just a rabbit he was a special pet and that is how he was treated by the vets.
