The Glow Hut

Turned up today at 12.47pm and the place is shut when it says it’s open at 12pm - no signs on the outside, no answer to phone calls or Facebook to say there was an issue. Half hour round trip to get there so very disappointing. You can’t make an appointment online so you have to just turn up. Then when I go to make a comment on Facebook the owner seems to have blocked me? I guess so I don’t leave a bad review? Which I would not have done just wanted to understand why the business is not open. Still at 6pm no explanation. So If that’s how you treat clients well I will be taking my business elsewhere as unreliability is the worst!

Great way to keep that summer tan going, superb beds, easy parking, very friendly team. cant wait for my next top up.

For someone that is usually very nervous when it comes to sun beds, I cannot rate this place enough! I was met by the friendliest beautician who actually listened to my concerns and offered me a treatment that was suited to me (not just the most expensive like other places push you to get). I’m fair skinned and need some help tanning but have sensitive skin, Alice (the beautician) suggested I tried a gentle tanning enhancer that was good for sensitive skin, and instead of one longer session, do two shorter sessions. The hut itself was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable and had features you can change for you best experience, the staff are the best and I came out feeling relaxed and (very slightly) bronzed! I’m counting down the days to my next session!

Very warm welcome from Alice for every appointment. Beds are super clean & give a gorgeous glow. Easy to use online booking system, follow on socials for occasional minutes mega deals!

I get waxed here by Lisa. Nice and friendly. Professional. There is disabled parking, not wheelchair friendly, but worth the effort if you have limited mobility.
