Location is fine right on the high st..my colleagues room had pigeon poo on the bed when we arrived so managed to swap..my room was tiny..shower next to the bed in same room lots of mould...shared toilet with other rooms.. not a good experience..shall not visit again.Was booked for us so had no idea till our arrival

For those that know, this a great establishment. With a the feel of a big chain, but with the local heart still beating.One of the few pubs at one end of the Tooting area, many can often be found outside in pub garden or enjoying sports, food and the odd private party.

Watch the 2nd half of the England game,Good pint of Guinness in a very nice pub.If you are in the area pop in for a pint. Staff were excellent. Thanks for an enjoyable afternoon.

No WiFi during our stay....Very thin walls...The room was renovated 100 years ago...Good price and the location.The bar downstairs.

Needs refurbishment urgently. Especially in the back ,all the tatty torn furniture and dirty carpets need lifting.Suxh a shame food and service was good but spoilt by the latter made you feel very uncomfortable

Cant fault the pub and the staff were really friendly, the room was nit the best, extension cables every where, single beds even though we booked a double, but it was clean.

Had a great time here yesterday. Don't know what it is like to stay in the hotel but the pub is very nice to visit. We liked the staff and the drinks and the food was superb.

Good pub and decent rooms. Rather tiny rooms, and single rooms are dark but shower cubicles clean and overall good value for money especially if you stay on business trip and need to put your head down somewhere.
