I needed my Samsung A12 screen replaced as I was unable to unlock my screen to use my phone (and who can manage without their mobile nowadays)? I was able to wait in store and had my phone working perfectly again within the hour. It didn't cost me an arm or a leg, either. All in all, I'm a happy customer that would return should the need arise in the future.
