Excellent job repairing body and wheel!

Quality work carried out at Baker Body Craft with body shops at Mildenhall, Bury st Edmund's and Ingham.

E-Mailed about wheel alignment. They obviously have out of date equipment as the member of staff that emailed me back said their alignment machine is 9 years old and doesn't do ride height.

I felt I need to post this because I couldn't believe how much the quote was I was given for this place.I am sure the quality of work is great as the other reviews are fantastic but I shopped around for a quote and finally selected a place recommended to me by my car dealership.Bakers Body Work wanted to charge me £290 and I got the work done at a dealership recommended garage for £120. That's OVER double the price.Looks like a great place for their services but would strongly recommend you check around for prices before using them.It's simply not right to try to charge someone over £150 more thab what they need to pay.

These guys do amazing job, Dave & the team have a real pride in their work. I have used Baker Body Craft since the day they started business & that's because they are the best.The finish they just got on my custom Harley Davidson was incredible.In the automotive bodyshop industry you pay for what you get & these guys are worth every penny. Another 10/10 job. Thanks team, I will be back

Brought my car in for a minor repair job. Not only was it repaired, the whole car looked better than when I left it. Great Job!! Would highly recommend.

I am very appreciative to the owner of Baker Body. I had my windshield replaced and ran into an issue. The owner was quick to resolve my problem and did an excellent job on my car.

Sadly I had to go twice in a week!These guys were delightful: professional, courteous and they did a brilliant job. I hope to never go back there, but if I ever need a car bodywork problem fixing I'll contact them before anyone else!

WOW! What can I say about this place? They are absolute life savers and such professionals.We were getting ready to ship our car out of country within a week of our appointment and unfortunately, someone decided to damage our car. We were already stressed about the shipping, now this! We had high hopes, but were understanding if Baker Body Craft didn’t have space available to take our car in to be fixed, especially by our shipping date. It was such a small time frame, we weren’t going to be surprised if they told us they couldn’t.HOWEVER, they were able to shift some things around in order to help us out - this is something that is not common from most places. They had me come in so they could take pictures the next morning and almost immediately they contacted me to bring the car in. They provided a loaner car and everything was SO SMOOTH.Luckily I did not need any parts ordered so the car was finished very quickly, looked as if nothing ever happened in the first place, and we were able to make our appointments on time.To the mechanics and the receptionist, thank you so much for making everything easy and less stressful during a very hectic time for us! We appreciate your flexibility and willingness to help us.
