Chris provides a first class service. He came out as requested, the day after contacting him so proved to be highly responsive. Chris has a great manner, offering advice and completed his work around my home with consideration for possessions.I can also say his fees are highly competitive. Graham was timely and professional. He managed to fit our survey in quickly and was prompt with all subsequent invoicing and certification. During the survey, he was professional and polite and kept us informed throughout. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Graham to get an EPC for a flat that I own. We agreed a fair price . Graham did the groundwork and informed me that the one I had obtained and forgot about was current for a further 3 years..He kindly informed me that I did not need a further inspection and cancelled his visit. He did this without any charge for his services.He also emailed me the necessary links to get my copy.What a thorough gentleman.

Graham came out within a couple of days of us contacting him. He carried out the assessment very efficiently, and sent us the EPC certificate within 24 hours. Excellent service definitely would recommend !

I don’t normally leave reviews but for Go EPC I’m going to make an exception. I had a few EPC’s I needed doing and they were done quickly and efficiently. Graham was very helpful and very flexible when it came to organising the surveys. He even called me to let me know one of the properties didn’t need a survey, which saved me money. I am very happy with there service and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Cannot praise EPC Leeds and Graham enough. From first phone call he could not have been more accommodating and arranged to see us at very short notice. He was very helpful and honest, even telling us that we still had a valid certificate and so didn't technically need a new one. Would not hesitate to recommend.
