Terrible customer service. Should definitely have checked online reviews before ordering anything online from them. I have lived in Muswell Hill my whole life and hate to post negative comments about a small business when I know everyone on the high street is struggling but if you can’t offer what you advertise, just don’t advertise it. It’s been a week of trying to get hold of anyone about my order and still not had a response. My mum had to actually go to the shop to collect her own birthday present, which was unceremoniously presented to her in a plastic bag, order incomplete. Atleast they saved themselves the £6 delivery charge I guess. Sadly reflective of what has happened to Muswell Hill in recent years, all about the image but the love and care has gone. If you can get there in person and somebody is actually there to help you, go for it, the cheeses are awesome. Just don’t bother ordering anything online.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAfter ordering cheeses for an evening with friends only for the order never to arrive, I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. You would think owners of a small business would pride themselves on good customer service and, in the event of failing to deliver the product, at the very least refund the customer immediately. In fact, I have wasted so much time chasing this refund up that I will now have to waste yet more time pursuing the refund through my credit card company. It amounts to theft. Save yourself a lot of hassle and use a different company if ordering cheeses online, there are many others far more deserving of your business!

Unfortunately I should have read the reviews about ordering online before placing my order. I pre-ordered a large selection of cheeses on 17th Nov for a 17th Dec arrival but they have not turned up. The delivery service is DPD so have not been affected by strikes or operational issues in my area. After trying to contact this retailer via email (4 times) and social media - I have had no response so now I resort to a Google review to try to get someone to be in touch and help me with this order. At this point I would like a refund as the order now won’t be here in time for Christmas.UPDATE (07/01/2023): Despite the company’s reply to me below, it’s been 2 weeks since I raised this issue and I still have not had a response from your shop regarding my refund. I will now have to go through the process of a refund via my bank. Very poor online service and customer communication. Do not order online.

Had a miserable experience with this seller. Zero communication, lack of interest to process and deliver. I actually had to open a case with PayPal after waiting 1 month before my order was delivered.I do not recommend this seller.Trade with this seller at your own risk.
