Loving my yoga classes. I feel more flexible, stronger and through the various meditations, relaxations and breathing exercises that Ellen has shown me I am able to control the negative effects of stress and anxiety I sometimes feel. Each class brings something different and they are always enjoyable. I love the fact I feel confident to attend the classes on my own and always made to feel welcome and supported.I also really like how Yoga compliments my other physical training exercises that I do.

Ellen is a fabulous yoga teacher, supportive, kind, friendly and very knowledgable about lots of different aspects of yoga" practice.Her classes are inclusive for everyone no matter what your level of yoga is
