U Hold the Key - Grantham

Very very unfriendly on my visit

This is the third occasion that I have rented storage space at the Colsterworth/Grantham site and the fact that I have returned twice when there are a number of other local storage providers, should be testament in itself of a great service! Previously Philip had looked after our requirements extremely well but for this latest period, Joyce has been our main point of contact. Joyce has been excellent to deal with and nothing has been too much trouble for her on several occasions when we have needed her help, which is always delivered with a willing smile. I am certain to have need of storage in the future and will not hesitate to return to the Colsterworth/Grantham site of U Hold the Key, just as I would not hesitate to recommend this facility and the excellent staff who manage it to anyone needing secure storage.

I was given a lock up quickly and easily and I used it for around a month cleared it and handed back the keys all very happy with the arrangement would recommend transaction went well thank you
