I've just bought my first home through Fletchers. Buying a house is stressful, more so for first time buyers, however the service delivered by Fletchers was outstanding.Special kudos goes to Emanuele Fiorini, who was the main negotiator. She did a phenomenal job and I'm convinced that without her perseverance and resolve the whole process would have taken longer.If I decide to sell my property in the future I will definitely do it through Fletchers.

The team at Fletchers were outstanding from start to finish on my recent flat sale. We were originally listed with another agent who had delivered zero offers for us, were hopeless at giving timely and constructive feedback and made little progress in the sale of our property in months. I recently used Fletchers to purchase a property in West Kensington and would say they are the best agents I've worked with to date. The initial viewings with Liam were easy and enjoyable, it didn’t feel too forced however I felt confident knowing they understood the market and local area. The team had picked out 4-5 properties either side of my budget which gave me a useful picture of what was on the market. They also gave me printed brochures of the properties which was a nice touch. After making an offer, Ema was extremely efficient at moving the sale forward while giving me realistic timelines and expectations. I felt they were genuine and we tackled any problems quickly and found solutions. I had regular communication from Fletchers at all points and found them very responsive. I cannot recommend Fletchers strongly enough to people selling their home, My flat has been on the market for 6 months with another agent. I had had over 30 viewings ,without a single offer. My original agent was also suggesting I lowered the price of my flat by about 20k. I was feeling pretty despondent. Until one day as I was walking home I noticed a Fletchers sign with SOLD emblazoned across it, as I walked into my block and I realised they must have sold one of my neighbours flats. So I called them and spoke to the lovely Jacob to ask if they could help me too. I am so happy I did! My flat went under offer on the FIRST viewing with them. They have been absolutely amazing throughout the conveyancing process which unfortunately in my case became extremely complicated by two third parties. Without Jack and his team, I genuinely do not think my flat sale would have gone through. He has been incredibly supportive, on hand, responsive, proactive, understanding, knowledgeable and just brilliant throughout AND they have sold my price of the asking price.
