Stephanie Edwards, part of Sales Support, was rude and unhelpful. Her telephone manner was inappropriate. We would not recommend using Thomas Panels and Profiles.

Our first dealings with Thomas Panels and toying with it being our last. Our order was short and it took a fortnight of phoning, emailing and repeatedly not being phoned back for it to be sorted. Eventually our delivery that I was promised would be the first drop of the day ended up being the third drop arriving late afternoon. I had to pay my builders to come back the following day to finish the job when it could have been completed on the same day.To sum up, product good, service not so much. When you promise to ring someone back then bloody do so!!Let's see if I get a phone call back from Thomas Panels to apologise for their below par service and offer some monetary help with paying our builders for that extra day!!

Odd - like being back in the 1970s. Ordered some roofing sheets etc, which took the best part of a day of telephone tennis with different people needing to call back to order. The next day made a minor change to the order, changing flashing dimensions and adding a bag of fixings. Called first at 9am in the morning to make change to order, and didn't finish until almost 3pm in afternoon, again after much telephone tennis and correcting their mistaken changes to order (flashings wrong and didn't add fixings to order). They wouldn't commit to a date when the order would be ready for collection, and I eventually cancelled order after much fruitless chasing for a collection date. If you want to phone up, place an order, and receive the order within a reasonable timeframe, forget this place. Customer service a fairly fatal mix of inefficient and incompetent (John) and rude (Stephanie). Very strange organisation.

Never answer the phone. Never call you back. Take orders for sheets when no coil in stock. Dont deliver on time. People from leominster used to rule two thirds of the modern world, these guys cant even return a phone call. What happened ? Never again.

Initially spoke to a guy named George,fantastic advise from the outset.Advised laying their tile effect sheet onto osb/sterling board which i wasnt going to do,so pleased i listened to his advise as although it added extra expense and time to the build the final outcome was very pleasing.Tile effect sheeting was cut to the length i required,as was the ridge and trims etc.really pleased with the quality of products,pricing,phone service,advise on products needed and delivery.All very professional.Definately use again.

Please also thank the delivery firm that you used - rang me an hour before delivery as promised and was prompt, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend you to anyone else.

So far so good - Thomas roofing has supplied me on two projects plus a few small pieces all of which has been competitive on price. Delivery on the smaller orders has been very slightly slower, but this is to be expected. We will be using them again on a larger portal project soon. (we're based near Hay).

Great quality product, just completely let down by the incompetence of john/ johnathon in the sales team. If you have to deal with him forget it and go somewhere else. Never returns calls, and always gets orders wrong regardless of how clear you make your instructions. Managed to send 13 sheets too many for a simple shepherd's hut project yet not enough fixings to fit the required amount. Even a simple request for 3 extra packs of fixings was too much for him. Countless phonecalls to get the order in and even when achieved I got 2 packs of one size and one of another? The guy is detrimental to the business.

Great company to do business with, helpful staff in the office and the yard, they supply great products, which are long lasting and durable. I would highly recommend them for steel sheet products and the prices are reasonable too.
