Had Kim do my hair for a wedding and she made my hair look amazing. Really appreciate the cut which has made it feel so my healthier. My girls also got their hair done at the same time. We love it here, we leave feeling well pampered and special!

I had a half head of highlights done and they ruined my hair. The highlights where not close around my hair line and when I first washed my hair it started to fall out massively. I paid £143 pound for my hair to be ruined and I had to go to another salon to have all my hair cut off. Four weeks later and it is still falling out.EDITThe owner called me today and was very nice, she offered free treatments on my hair while it recovers which was really nice and professional. She took the feedback on board which is good.

I went Fai when my hair was extremely damaged and she has done the best job with treating my hair. I also got 22 inch tape extensions and I am extremely happy with them and have not had any issues with the extensions. The service is quick and efficient and their customer service is amazing. I have never had a problem and will definitely be coming back

I booked with Faye for a session today, I got delayed and she was kind enough to just push my session back by 30 minutes. She cut my hair the exact way that I asked for, she’s great at what she does. I initially got referred to her by a friend who goes to her all the time, I wanted to try it out for myself and I’m so glad I did my hair feels so much healthier and fresh!! Thanks Faye xx
