Mark Ewin kept us informed throughout the whole experience of us buying our first house. Nothing was too much trouble and they were readily available to help me even with things that I thought they might not be able too.I like the fact they are a family run business and all the staff are supportive regardless of who you speak too.If we ever sell our house or buy another I would definitely choose Mark Ewin as my first choice and would recommend them to anyone and do!They make it personal too but keep it professional. Asking how my family are etc. This is a true sign of a company who care.

Mark Ewin were great throughout the whole process. They were the most approachable of all of the agents I got to value my property and felt like the easiest to deal with. I’d had issues with other agents regarding lack of communication, and they listened to that and made sure they communicated amazingly through the whole sale. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The team at Mark Ewin are genuine and honest, and really put us at ease from the start. Selling a house is a big deal and we really appreciated their patience and willingness to talk things through if we had any worries or concerns. Kym was particularly helpful when we were preparing for photos and viewing. She was just really reassuring, but blunt when needed! Selling a house is stressful but we felt we were in safe hands with Mark Ewin. It felt like they just wanted to support us, rather than rush us in to anything we weren't happy with. From the initial phone call to the appraisal and throughout the process it was clear everyone at Mark Ewin knew what they were doing and dealt politely and professionally.From a recommendation, the effort put in at the appraisal was far greater than other agents and Kym really knew what she was talking about and had done her research. The online portal to see viewing and feedback was really great, along with the direct feedback received from all the team. Then the updates received throughout the sale from Sharon were excellent.
