Great facilities, and some friendly staff. However, there is plenty of staff that are more concerned in activities outside their job, during work hours. Makes communication hard when issues in the dorm arise.

Be careful !Student are only considered for their money, the rest doesn't matter.No rent reduction or discount despite the government COVID related guidance.Contrary to what is advertised, cleaning between tenant is poor and help to student during quarantine time is inexistant.Staff should spend more time on what really matters instead of social media…

I would give full stars for the time I lived in Hampton Square. It's safe, clean, and the traffic there is very convenient. Only 15 minutes' walk to the university. And of course, the reception and security staffs are quite friendly!

Be careful! You are only a wallet! During the COVID period, leaving there for lest than half time, did not lead to a single Penny discount unlike expectation following government guidance. Help during Quarantine time: Zero! Cleaning between tenants: very weak! Managers just ignore you: they only get in touch to claim their money! Run away as quick as you can

Greenish place, nice and clean, people's safety is prioritised

I am an international student from China who is now studying in the UK. I have been lucky enough to live in this flat for a year and I would like to share my wonderful experience.Firstly, the flat is in a great location, within walking distance to the school, library and various shops and restaurants. For an international student like me, this is really convenient. In addition, the flat is surrounded by convenient transport, both bus and train stations, which are just a few minutes' walk away.Secondly, this flat is very well furnished and newly equipped with comfortable beds, desks and spacious wardrobes in each room. The kitchen and bathroom are also very clean and well equipped. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also available in the flat, which is so important for me as a student to have a fast internet connection.Finally, I would like to give a special mention to the management team of the flat. They were very welcoming and friendly and always happy to solve our problems. Whenever we had a problem or needed help, they were quick to offer their support.I found a home away from home here. I would highly recommend this flat to other students studying in the UK. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable and convenient place to stay, then this flat is definitely the best choice for you. I give this flat 5 stars, it really deserves every star!

The manager Craig and everyone else including Amy, Aaron, Sheneil, Adam, George, Bob, Arina and Abdul are amazing! Very helpful with everything and very welcoming. I love living here!!!

Modern and secure with gym, more aimed at international students. Let down by small rooms and poor cleaning between tenants. Also landlord refused to adhere to government guidance to refund/reduce rents whilst students were studying from home and communal facilities were shut

Lovely place for students to live!!! especially for who study in the University of Southampton. I have lived with Hampton for 2 years, it only took 15min walk to the campus and even quicker for taking a bus. Additionally, the staffs in the reception are nice, always easy and safety to take parcels which is really importance during Black Friday ahhh~ The room & bathroom also very nice, although not too big but new and clean!

The building was new and clean.Most of the staff were nice.The location was a bit far away from the city center but little distance to the uni.The only thing that annoyed me over the year was the laundry room…Expensive, dirty, with lots of broken machines:(Apart from that, it was a great stay:)
