Lovely dresses and lovely friendly staff which is what you want when you are looking for a wedding dress. It takes time to find the perfect one, one that you are totally happy with and staff showing patience and kindness help.

I tried on many amazing dresses at your store in July and I found my dream dress thanks to the best help from Mar!I truly cannot recommend Mar enough and I really had the best experience trying on dresses with her help!! My first experience trying on dresses could not have been any better, and I will recommend your store and Mar in particular to everyone I know who are getting married:)Thank you again!Best,Thale

Absolutely excellent experience - totally worth the money for the appointment at the flagship store! The dresses are top quality, my stylist Amy was fantastic, this didn’t even compare to when I visited other dress shops! Thank you so much for the amazing experience

I had an amazing appointment with Daniela! She was so lovely, patient and complimentary and gave her honest opinion when I asked for it. I also had another lovely attendant join in at the end but I didn’t catch her name. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I had an amazing experience at my first appointment at Pronovias with Despina and the rest of the team. From the moment I arrived to the store they ensured I had a wonderful experience. Despina went above and beyond to try to find a dress in the store that was on my list and she managed to find it. She was extremely nice and helpful and let me take my time with each dress. I had gone alone to try the dresses but she still made the experience feel special for me. Thank you Despina and the rest of the team!

I had a lovely time at the shop trying on dresses. I was able to select a few styles from the website beforehand and I settled on a style I really didn’t want at the beginning. Seeing the dress on your body is very different. The stylist was amazing and helped me with some details I wanted to add. I sadly wasn’t able to wear my dress because of Covid… I still have it though and hopefully will manage to do something with it. Dresses are a bit pricey but the quality is something else. I recommend!

I was having higher expectations from such a brand but i was let down unfortunately.They rushed me a lot, they did not show me all the dresses i had on my favourites list, they brought me some suggestions that were not on my style and like and overall they did not make me feel very nice or special as every bride would like to feel on their adventure of finding their dress.Lastly, i think their dresses are overrated and overpriced and the overall experience is far from wonderful.

Sadly, I was one of the unlucky ones who had a bad experience trying on dresses at Pronovias.Appalling service by inexperienced members of staff who have no idea what dresses they're selling! My advice to brides would be to double check that they have all the dresses you want in store before attending your appointment.I was contacted by someone a few days before my appointment and I gave them a full brief of what style of dresses I wanted and certain requirements I had regarding coverage etc. I even favourited all the dresses I wanted to try on before the appointment.I arrived at 12, ready to try on all the dresses I chose, but to my disappointment the assistant said she wasn't able to find my account online and couldn't find the list of dresses I chose. My appointment was in the afternoon, why could she not have contacted me before then? She picked out a few dresses for me instead, which I tried on, but they were not to my taste. I then insisted that she find the dresses that I wanted to try on. She kept mentioning that time was an issue when I wasn't even an hour into the appointment time.I was sat there for 40 minutes while she went to find the dresses. She then returned only to tell me that they had none of the dresses in store! Then she had the cheek to tell me that I would have to book another appointment to try on dresses that were 'similar' to the ones I wanted. Why would I pay to have another appointment when half of my appointment time was wasted on dresses that I didn't like and the other half was waiting for dresses that they didn't even have! On my way out I actually spotted one of the dresses that I had on my list on a rack! I pointed it out to the assistant, she apologised and said it wasn't on the system when she checked but i can 'quickly' try the dress on. At this point I was only an hour and 45 minutes into the appointment and I didn't appreciated being rushed.I was so disappointed and upset that I left in tears! Why was I given such an inexperienced assistant? Like another reviewer mentioned, I also felt like I was treated unfairly being a person of colour and was not given the same experience as others. I was offered another dress fitting by the manager, but after such a bad experience, I chose not to go. I found my dress in Rosa Clara instead, where I had the most incredible experience!

Really disappointed by the manager Michelle… from the start I had an amazing experience until Michelle did not want to deal with things - I wanted to change/fix the dress and said money isn’t the issue to be able to fix the dress or to bring in a new dress.. then she come up with unnecessary extra costs and on top the dress I bought apparently there is non left in the whole of Europe?! Should have found a better lie! As I got in contact with head office there was not 1 but 2 in stock!!!!! On top knowing that she knew I was going to need extra material to fix the dress I was kept on being told that they have no material in stock for 3 months?! What kind of bridal store is this?!If you want a stress free, hassle free bridal experience avoid this store! As a bride my self having the stress of planning a wedding is stressful enough - instead of finding a solution i was given more stress and anxiety!!! From the first experience I had 10/10 I felt like I was in safe hands…until I paid a deposit fee.The Only people i would say that helped me was their ex stylist/dress sales lady TANYA and my tailor lady ALEXANDRA was the only helpful and most understanding.Management needs to be reconsidered - I am a manager my self… the staff atmosphere is OFF when the manager is around!
