Coulsdon Manor Golf Club

The rooms maybe large but i felt it was over priced and dated.Worsed nights sleep ive ever had due to the mattress.Ive had better nights sleep at a travel lodge and thats saying somthing.

Went there for afternoon tea. We went as a four and came back with food. Lots of cake/ sandwiches and with 2 scones each and unlimited hot drinks we were super full, plus we stayed as long as we needed. Really nice food there ( service on this day was a little slow, we have been on a few occasions, but this hasn’t put us off. Well worth the money as get got a groupon voucher for the afternoon tea. We will definitely be going again,

The hotel is set in the beautiful grounds of the golf course, great views from the hotel bedrooms. The bar was a little busy when we stayed and met family members so the bar staff arranged for us to have access to one of the conference rooms that was empty. This was such a kind gesture and much appreciated. We ate dinner and breakfast here and it was served by lovely friendly staff. The hotel's decor looks a little tired but this is easily overlooked as everything else about the hotel is perfect.

Lovely venue for a charity function. Room was olde-worlde in style, and clean and comfortable night's sleep.

Have played golf there a handful of times, always enjoyed the round, challenging course but very enjoyable. Will play again

Gift of an afternoon tea. What a let down. Sandwiches not great and cakes were all beige/brown. Couldn't tell what we were eating.Won't visit again.

Nice little venue for a wedding overall, looked very nice outside and the hall was a good sized place for the event. The bar had a decent amount of drink choice for being just a small event bar and the price was pretty good overall, and the staff were very nice and professional throughout the experience. The main weaknesses were that the food, for how fancy the place seemed to be trying for, was a bit meh - the cauliflower was just boiled without much seasoning, for example, so very boring - it needed a sauce. Also, the DJ for the event had some very odd song choices for a wedding and almost entirely ignored the playlist made for the wedding, which was a shame. But the experience was good fun overall and it was a nice place to spend the event.

The golf course is closed at the moment so it's a lovely place for non golfers to walk. Be quick though I think it reopens on Monday

I am so very disappointed to have to write a negative review about this establishment. Played golf and had dinner. Very good.However, I am part of a group of 20 people who are staying overnight.The bar closed at 11pm. We were assured the bar would be open 24 hours. Just like last year. However, it is closed. The man on reception says he cannot help. This is terrible. No service or regard for paying customers.

Held an event-30th birthday! And it was amazing due to 3 particular staff members who went above and beyond. Sharon jack & Mike. These three truly looked after our needs and very much appreciate great customer service. Thanks guys x
