Bought a bed from these and have used them for years .. still the best place to go to and the service is amazing and the cost is fabulous .. I support local businesses and these are great .. so happy and will sleep well tonight

Went to buy a bed for my son yesterday. Saw a a bed we liked, so I asked the sales rep if he could knock something off the package price as I didn't need the headboard. He said he couldn't as the price was a package price. He lwasnt rude but I got a distinct feeling he couldn't care less whether he made a sale or not. I have never been in a bed store where you have to buy the headboard with the mattress and base. Interestingly the prices for the headboard were ďisplayed and he could have simply knocked that off the package price. But thanks to him, we didn't buy and we saved over 170 quid by buying the same mattress and base online with free delivery. So would I consider buying from them in the future. No. In summary, sales staff who don't care and significantly overpriced. Do you research before otherwise you will pay over the odds.

I Had purchased carpet underlay and grippers from here and the prices were a lot better than other places I visited to compare before making any decisions.Fitting was good and professional by 2 men who even acknowledged my 2 year old who was very intreaged on what was going on.Delivery was on time and I will be using them again in the future.

Ordered a matress, was given a two week timeline. Explained we needed it on time... Super late. When i rang, they were quite rude.How ever i will say, the delivery Guy Sim was so very helpful. Gems never warned him it was being taken upstairs and he even put it in place too. (Something i couldn't do, due to health)I never had this problem with Heath Hayes brance and carpets. Just Rugeley :(

Wow what a service, had a carpet fitting on stairs and landing and cushion floor in porch and the two guys that came to the house were lovely, such a refreshing change to have helpful happy polite people. Recent experience of other companies as of late has been a very different story, however, these guys are a credit to you. They were friendly, respectful and efficient. They loved our family dog and he loved them too, always trust your dogs reaction I say lol !! They even gave us an off cut of cushion flooring before they had even fitted it as we were off to find matching accessories. Thank you both so much !! Found the flooring we wanted and arranging for fitting in just over a weeks time.

Very rude and inconsiderate. I had one of their vans parked on my driveway right in front of my house while at another job. This was without asking. I would have been perfectly fine with allowing them to park on my drive had they asked. Do better next time and don't annoy potential customers.

Oh dear .. Bought an end of roll carpet giving the dimensions . A check measure was made by Gem with the subsequent phone call from them .. 'the carpet is way too small' .. Next day another call 'carpet is correct , but only just '.. I knew it would be ok from laying the old one out and measuring and doing a scaled drawing..... There was loads left over . Due to the rudeness of the manager I took a refund .. Never again and after buying carpets there for years its a shame ..

Visited Rugely branch & chose end of roll for lounge and made to measure for hall stairs & landing. Carpets were delivered and fitted by Matthew and Tony who were brilliant. Their fitting is excellent, they were very respectful of my property and ensured everything was in order before leaving. Many thanks
