From the beginning until the end of my let, I have had a very positive experience with Let Us. Angus was always so helpful and quick to respond to any emails I sent. If a problem was ever reported, it would be fixed imminently or a fast solution was give . Let Us & Angus have made, what could be a stressful experience (moving flat) a very smooth experience for me and I would highly recommend this company. Angus is definitely a great person to have as a member of the team.

After one positive rental experience I am disappointed to have to retract my earlier review of Let Us.When attempting to contact Let Us in regards to outstanding (for over six months) maintenance required, Angus chose to point out a mistake and an obvious typo in my email, rather than apologising for the poor communication we had received. I found this extremely condescending and do not believe the same reply would have been given, had I not been a young female. I was surprised as correspondence with Let Us during my first tenancy with them had always been pleasant.It seems the initial ethics of the company, which I understood as endeavouring to operate more impartially in the letting process than the typical agency, have now fallen by the wayside.I lived in the second property for under a year, took great care to look after the home and left it in an extremely high standard other than reasonable wear and tear. Let Us originally tried to take £800+ of 'goodwill' charges from the £3000 deposit, billing ludicrous and laughable 'repairs' seemingly required to reach this total. Knowing the great condition of the flat on our departure,we felt we had no choice but to go through the mydepositsscotland process.Many months down the line Let Us have now issued claims of almost £2000 from our deposit. In what universe would any landlord offer a tenant £1200 of 'goodwill' charges?No matter their apparent mission statement, remember Let Us are looking after the landlord's economic interests at the end of the day, not yours. While this is the frustrating reality facing any renter, just do not let yourself be fooled by the 'good cop' routine.Take extensive pictures of everything and be prepared not to get much of your deposit back whether you look after the property or not.

Cannot recommend LetUs enough. Everything has gone incredibly smoothly since they started looking after our property 1 year ago. Angus is professional, reliable and a true expert in his field. Not to mention, it’s been excellent value for money.We’ve let our property out with other big named agencies in the past and at times it’s felt like there were ‘surprise’ fees here and there but from the offset, LetUs have been transparent with their costs and there have been no surprises!LetUs have also given us peace of mind that our property is being looked after properly and that our tenants are happy. 10/10 service on all counts. Can’t name one negative.

Let Us have used my services for quite some time now. With years of experience working with different letting agents and estate agents I can say that Angus and his company are one of the better agents, they simply go that extra mile. It can be difficult going between the property owner and tenants when issues arise. He treats each property as if it was his own, this is one of a few that I would have no hesitation leaving my keys with.
