Over the many of years I have known Comelit, I have always received outstanding service with great technical support. Their products are well engineered and competitively priced. I am sure SCCI will continue to specify & install Comelit equipment both today,tomorrow and for many years to come.

The management and running of this place is a joke! They have 2 managing directors that have zero management skills at all! They hire people when there isnt even a job for them then get rid of them after theyve sat there for 3 months with no work! In the short time i was there i saw at least 10 people start jobs and leave within weeks, even the warehouse manager left after being there 10 years because of the poor management!Just because the Company has a good turn over doesnt mean its run well and it was clean to everyone in there that they were lying to the Italian owners!!They amount of employees that come and go from the place they may as well have a revolving door!!

We have been ordering equipment from Comelit for over 20 years and suddenly the UK branch stopped our account with no explanation. After a year or so we spoke to the Director of Comelit in Italy (HQ) and he said he would like us to resume our activity as we have been great customers for decades and the UK director has now moved on so we should have no problems.We went on to issue orders to Comelit and were told we would have to pay Pro-Forma, which we agreed. Obviously they thought the pro-forma arrangement would be more of a deterrent as since the time we have agreed to it they have actively avoided our calls and emails.Comelit UK on the whole are a deeply unprofessional outfit (with their technical support team being an exception).If you would like good, proactive customer service and sales, I would steer clear of Comelit UK. I've found Amplyvox UK to be much more attentive, upfront, and helpful, and we are now ordering almost exclusively from them. We have worked with Comelit over the last 3 to 4 years and have received an excellent service and excellent quality product. Our main port of call is Andrew Denton who is always happy to assist whether it be with products, quotations or presentations to our Clients. Keep up the good work.

Have worked with Comelit for some time and find them to be very professional. Everyone in the sales office is terrific but would make a special mention for Gemma Hills who has been brilliant for us. Gareth Goodall has also provided great ongoing support, visiting regularly and keeping us up to date on new products

Rang Comlit today, spoke to tony in the service dept who says they are manufacturers not installers so can't help. I should look online and find a company. I said that there are loads so how do I find out if they install Comlit, he said he couldn't help - really! With an attitude like that I wish tony the best of luck in his next job.
