I contacted Morris Vermaport to implement a service agreement on one of my projects. All involved had extensive knowledge and experience and were a pleasure to deal with. Despite the location being fairly remote i found the response times to be more than fair and highly competitive on price.

I had a service engineer who came out to service my house lift today 12th December 19. I think his name was Michael. He turned up on time and not a minute past 9am. He was very polite and very welcoming. He did a very thorough service on my lift. He also told me more about the lift then I ever new before. He cleaned up after himself and made sure there wasn’t anything wrong with the lift.I don’t usually do feedback but when you get good guys like this, it’s important they know they are appreciated.Micheal also told me how to get the mother-in-law out of the lift if it breaks down. I rang Morris Vermaport after finding this local company online and we had a lift in our building that wasn’t work and hadn’t been for a long time. After speaking with Matt over the phone we quickly arranged for one of their engineers to come and take a look at the lift. There engineer who’s name was Jono was very helpful and polite. I showed him to the lift and he got to work. He was determined to find and fix the problem’s with the lift. I was told this was a more in-depth problem with our lift but Morris Vermaport had their own technical supervisor that was able to help the engineer over the phone. After a few hours our lift was working again and we now have a regular service visit from on of their engineers to make sure our lift is running smoothly. I would highly recommend Morris Vermaport, all the staff are lovely and helpful. The prices are great, response times are also good as they have local engineers working in my area.Big thanks to Matt and the team at Morris Vermaport for getting our lift working again.

The driver was very unprofessional. While in Chesterfield I was waiting to pull onto the roundabout (about 1pm on Friday 4th of December), and he was behind me in a Mercedes Benz van (I have the Registration if it is needed). The traffic was busy and I had to wait a few minutes to pull out. The driver beeped at me and gestured to go, but I couldn’t. After a minute or so, he beeped again, and kept gesturing. Now, he should’ve been watching the road, and if he was he should’ve seen that there was traffic and I couldn’t go. For context, I’m a small, young female, and I was beginning to become worried. Eventually a gap came and I pulled out, and I would’ve let the situation go normally, but then he proceeded to cut me off as we pulled up to the next roundabout. I was worried for my own safety, and was ready to call the police if anything were to happen, in this moment I feared he would get out, and I feared for my life. Normally I wouldn’t complain and let it go, but grown men, shouldn’t be making a woman scared, just because he’s in a rush and trying to get through traffic. I’ve worked with children, and even they wouldn’t act as immature as he did. I just don’t think he portrayed your company very well, I wouldn’t recommend supporting people who put other lives in danger.
