No one asked me what shape or how long or if I was happy until I said something and the staff member who did it was so disgustingly rude, absolutely horrible experience

Had a bog standard manicure here - varnish applied very poorly. It was all over the skin around my nails too & uneven in colour on the nail itself.The worst bit was when I politely asked if he could put one more coat to even it out, he got very hostile & defensive, would not acknowledge it looked terrible & kept saying it was me that had the issue.I am not a complainer & don’t think I have ever left a poor review online, but I was really shocked by the poor quality of the manicure here & the rude, hostile response.I absolutely wouldn’t give this place your business.

I visited beauty nails and had such a terrible experience. Rude man doing my nails. He cut my finger a few times andDidn’t even acknowledge it or say sorry. He was very rude when I asked aboutDifferent colours that I was looking for. He was quite forceful with my hand and just aggressive. At one point he asked if the base colour was ok and when I said how is the acrylic powder more pink as I’ve never had a coloured powder and was asking for gel polish he immediately pulled my hand and started to rub it off. NoExplanation after he had asked me if it was ok and I simply asked a question. I left playingMore than I should have and with nails I hadn’t asked for but toBe honest I couldn’t wait to get out of that environment! He also stank of cigarette smoke doing my nails which was also a total put off! Can’t wait to get these nails off. Avoid at all cost don’t waste your money to get half hearted wonky nails and nail polish over your fingers by a rude aggressive man!

Both my sisters got their nails done at this salon and they were both quite happy with the results. The communication was terrible and the staff were rude! . I called beforehand as there was 3 of us getting our nails done but not at the same time as have a baby with us that can’t breathe in the fumes. Was refused appointment as they said they aren’t busy and we can just walk in. When we got there we had to wait an hour to be seen. The man with short hair was very rude to me when I mentioned how comes they don’t do appointments as it’s the first salon I’ve ever been to that only do walk ins. Felt like he was making the prices overly expensive for acrylic colours because of the attitude he showed towards me beforehand. I wanted a refill on my nails as I only had done refill once before, I was told my nails weren’t able to do refill as they’re too old. Which was false because I went to the nail shop down the road and they did it no issues. I thought the customer decides what they want not be told what to have as we’re the ones paying for the service! Shocking experience. Not impressed. Just shows why they’ve got more bad reviews then good!

Had my nails done yesterday and my fingers a absolutely killing me today.. My thumb more than the rest.The young boy bless him tries but really they shouldn't be charging full price when he's clearly learning.Pete is fantastic but unfortunately without him it just isn't the same

Great staff and service, did the design that I asked for perfectly and super friendly and funny staff :) fast, efficient and affordable, would definitely recommend! Had a lovely time ❤️

Nails are okay I guess, multiple people did my nails so the work isn’t consistent and I told multiple people multiple times that I wanted them ALOT shorter and was basically ignored. I got them done the day before Christmas and couldn’t even get out of bed Christmas Day as the lady who did part of my nails was extremely ill (you could tell she was ill anyway even if she wasn’t shouting about it) I can still hardly breath or stomach anything very very unprofessional and ruined my Christmas

Had my nails done here for the 1st time as couldn't get an appointment where I normally go. They didn't last long and they cracked and broke after a week. My nails normally last me at least a month.

Never will return , horrible experience and customer service was terrible I phoned up too ask about the prices the lady told me shortly went into shop to get my nails and toes done way overpriced I asked her politely too do the exact same as what I showed her on my phone she shaked her head and done the complete different too what I wanted she was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable !!
