Raja Gupta, is very professional towards his work. Always preparing to help to get your shifts done and communicate to you necessary information about your duty as security at workplace. He listern to your concerns either at work orwith the family . Premier needs such person to carry the business forward.

I have been working for Premier since they took over the contract for my site around 5 years ago.Not a bad company, i have had some really good cover Guards for my site and my regular Shift Manager is also very good.Being a supervisor, I deal with company management a fair bit to sort out cover, site training etc. With one manager in particular standing out a Mr Raj Gupta.He always works hard to provide cover and resolve any issues that come up and he also makes sure I am kept informed about what going on, which is something I really appreciate!All in all, not a bad company, though the Payroll department needs sorting out. They should be contactable directly by Staff, you should not need to contact them via management, to even ask a basic question about your pay.

Raj Gupta is very very helpful and whenever I needed him he always there to help and solved issues within minutes. always rely on his good service. Thanks Raj for your all support.

Also I would like to say Tom dickison and Steve have been brilliant with me, Tom always comes to visit me on my site and he always addresses my concern if any, and I am really happy with the timegate app, I know if I'm working extra hours or when I have my holiday's booked, it's all on the app, so that is brillant, been with premier for nearly 6 year's now, I've had no issue's that's why I'm still with premier, once again thanks all for your help appreciate it.
