Hired a Luton for a weekend to use for a house move. Vehicle was in amazing condition, clean and well-kept, and ran perfectly. Checks were thorough and the company clearly care strongly about the quality of their vehicles. Where I was most impressed though was with customer service. We arrived to pick up our hire and ran into a couple of admin issues - ours, not JVS’s! Anna was brilliant; very patient and more than happy to help us figure out how we could work around complications. We picked up our van last thing on a Friday but Anna’s work ethic was fantastic and where many people may have been disgruntled to be running into customer’s issues at the end of their work week, Anna was amazing. Absolutely nothing to fault with JVS! I will be recommending to friends and family and returning myself in future.

Had a wonderful experience during August when I needed a car to collect my daughter and grandchildren for EMA... My wife bought some furniture in London and we were in need od a van. I was impress with the service Just Vehicle Solutions provided us. The rental process was straight forwards. The conditions also very straight forwards. The personal service was, I must say extremely good. I will certainly recommend JVS to anyone. I will most likely will use them again

Rented a Luton van on Friday 27 October - exactly what we needed for a house move. Van was in lovely clean condition throughout and staff were very efficient and friendly. Price for a days rental was cheaper than other firms locally. Would definitely hire from them again in future.

Needed a care hire for a week while on holiday in Newark. Anna responded right away to our reservation request and made the check in/check out process super easy. I rented a small car from Just Vehicle Solutions for 2 weeks and I was very pleased with everything.I did my request on the internet and got an answer within 24 hours, and then they answered my questions by email within minutes.Everyone on the team was very friendly and helpful, and they even offered to come and pick me up at the station and dropped me off there.The car was in perfect condition and in the end it was even cheaper than the quotes I had got from the larger rental companies.I will definitely use them again in the future!

Best place for van hire in Newark for sure. Rented a van from here recently, it was spotless and well looked after, prices were good and customer service was excellent, Anna couldn’t do enough to make sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable with the vehicle before I left.Had poor experiences with other rental places in the area before, but these guys were spot on!
