This is becoming a complete and utter joke.Ordered a shed through another company but woodlands are the supplier.Only got notification of delivery on the day of delivery and this was from the haulage company yet I was informed the supplier would inform me prior to delivery.Fortunately there was someone at home to take it but not able to check all parts. When i got home and checked everything was OK except they had sent me apex gables instead of the pent gables and missing some pieces of wood. This was reported straight away 01.09.20. After many emails and phone calls to the company I baught through, some saying everything is being sorted and your parts will be there soon, I managed to get through to woodlands on the 24th. After a long conversation they agreed this waiting period was not acceptable and would be on it straight away. Guess what, still nothing.I accept that mistakes happen when picking orders but when mistakes can't be rectified in a reasonable time and I have to spend most of the day trying to listen to a ringing out phone it just shows how poor a company is. But don't worry woodlands the company I baught through will be getting a very similar review.Today is 28.09.29 Discussed""

Hello Theo , this is our wonderful 6x6 Tiger shed we bought in 2021 well made snug and warm and spacious looks super in our back garden inside no damp no leaks best shed we have ever bought and such a great price, such a wonderful after sales service the staff are so helpful plenty of space for shelves to store and storage cartons etc fits all nicely away for Winter. thank you

Same company as tiger sheds, poor product, poor customer service, terrible lead times, no way of cancelling without losing a “shed” load of money.

If I could I’d give it zero stars. Waited approx 12 weeks for delivery they ring me up with a date which I’m away so can’t take delivery. The next delivery slot is another 6 - 8 weeks!! Crazy. I ask why is delivery so limited they couldn’t answer. It’s not like a live far only 30min drive.Update they have either read this review or changed there delivery policy as the further 6-8 week delivery date has reduced to 1 and half week, which is more reasonable. Although they said they would send me a confirmation email regarding the new arranged delivery date and time but haven’t received one. So not confident with this company until I see it! Once received may increase stars to 2 or 3.Update the shed came and is of good quality was easy to assemble. Delivery driver was helpful and friendly. The shed would get 5 star as nothing wrong with it.

Terrible customer service, I wish I could give 0 stars rather than 1.I cancelled my order after a month of being promised delivery dates only for them to be moved to dates I told them I was not available!Phone not answered (holding for 55 minutes), passed the buck.Failed to deliver. Literally.
