Ferguson Computers

I recently went to Ferguson computers for a laptop repair which another computer shop refused to fix. Daniel was able to not only fix the laptop the same day I had left it with him but did so in a very professional manner, a repair I was told that would cost the earth by the other company Daniel charged me quarter of the price. Excellent service will definitely be coming baxl and is highly recommended.

Proveded the part I requested without problem and made it convenient for the time I was available, when I had trouble fitting the part after acquiring it they gave me advice online and helped me majorly, would reccomend

Took my daughters computer away came back unworkable never provided evidence of what was wrong and charged £60 would not recommendThank you for your response if I may clarify1, you collected the laptop as you were visiting relatives next door2, it was explained that there was a care plan with curry’s it was sent via the branch at Carmarthen to their tech department where it was returned untouched due to an assumption that it was a software fault.3, when you took the laptop away you said you would sort it.4, at the time you took it it was functioning however there was an intermittent driver fault.5, if you were unable to sort it then a report was requested which you agreed to before taking the laptop as we could have took it back to curry’s for them to send back to their tech department as part of the care plan where it would have been repaired.6, no report has been given after numerous attempts to ask you for it7, the timeframe now means we are unable to take it back to curry’s8, the laptop was returned in a worse state as now it won’t even turn on.9, you charged £60 for this10, we are now left with a laptop that in effect will have to be disposed offKind regardsPaul
