Henley glass fitted my kitchen splash backs last week and they are wonderful!!! I got to choose my colour from 100’s of options, the glass templating was so precise and they were super professional - highly recommend!!!

I have had the displeasure in using Henley Glass 3 times now due to my building management company on my current and previous flat specifying they had to do the work so I unfortunately had no choice. The company’s time management has been poor 2 out of the 3 times I’ve used them. On large projects where they are replacing the windows in a whole block of flats, they seem to give you a date which they need access to the property to fit new windows and when they fall behind schedule they fail to inform you resulting in you taking unnecessary days off, having to chase Henley glass for continuous updates. When they finally fitted the windows there were a couple of snagging issues, trickle vents not working properly (sticking) and a piece of missing beading meaning they had to fix these at a later date.A manufacturing fault or issue with fitting the glass panel caused my bedroom window to make a loud explosion noise in the middle of the night, then on inspection I discovered it had cracked only on the inside panel and the gas in between the 2 panels had obviously escaped. I don’t believe a window should crack out of the blue without any intervention or impack and it suggests to me that it’s a manufacturing fault or fitting error, which others also elude to online (search for “spontaneous glass breakage”).Henley Glass came to inspect the window and the person inspecting wasn’t interested in investigating why this occurred or establishing the fault (such as the beading being too tight, a chip in the glass while fitting etc) and was more interested in just quoting a new panel. They only did a quick 5-10 second visual inspection and didn’t take the beading off or anything. I did mention that I believed it was faulty and my reasoning and then the person inspecting seemed to be trying to pass the buck to me, saying how do they know that I didn’t slam it and they didn’t want to argue about it at this time on a Saturday morning which I didn’t think was particularly professional. I mean how do I know they didn’t fit a sub-standard panel or fit it incorrectly.I subsequently received the quote and they just stated that the window was cracked and not faulty and not covered by their 10 year guarantee (which doesn’t seem worth the paper it’s written on as it doesn’t cover anything by the seems of it). I contested this and emailed twice, not receiving any response in over 2 weeks. I then phoned and was told to email someone else who subsequently didn’t apologise for the non-response for 2 weeks and clearly didn’t want to know just saying we have provided you with a quote and advised what was wrong. I don’t think saying that something is cracked and not faulty is a reason and there wasn’t any reasoning as to why the panel had suddenly exploded and cracked in the middle of the night without any intervention. I asked again what the reason was why it failed and they said that it was either hit or was caused by an “act of god”! Now considering there was no point of impact I struggle to see how it had suddenly exploded and cracked.I certainly would not recommend this company, they are unprofessional, have poor time management and don’t want to take any responsibility for any issues which arise after fitting.A shambles of a company.

Needed a replacement doubled glazed unit after I had to break into my own house. I wanted a supply only unit and Roman was very helpful. Everything was sorted on time. Will be returning for all future glass work.

Absolute shambles of a company i'd stay well clear of them. They waste time, don't have a clue what they are talking about. Cannot physically take an order without messing something up.Go to one of the other reputable local companies for your windows that deserve business because these guys are not reputable do not deserve to be in business with their shoddy skills.

After requesting a quotation for my parents new conservatory, it was a welcome surprise when not only were they the cheapest, but provided the most efficient customer service. I will certainly be using them again :) A+++ service!

I have given Henley Glass several opportunities to get this right. We invited them to quote for a window. They took weeks to provide the quote, we accepted it, wanting to support local businesses. That was in September last year. You can see the lovely window below. We have chased them three times for a supply date, each time we have heard nothing or We are asking our suppliers. I appreciate these are difficult times, bit all it takes is an email or a phone call. Appalling customer service. I can't tell you how good the window is, it STILL isn't here.

Quoted me a lot less for some mirror compared to a quote I got in Bristol. After buying the mirror they then gave me some spare sealant for free! Friendly service too.

I contacted Henley Glass to get a quote on fixing my double glazed bedroom window. The gearbox was broken and a surveyor came out the very next day which was impressive, he stated I also need a new handle However the quote was a shock at £198.31 plus VAT, long story short a new handle which I discovered I did not need and gearbox exactly the same as the one needing replaced was less than £10 online and took me an hour and a half to fix so what exactly was £198.31p for? I wish I was on that hourly rate. Not everyone In Henley are millionaires!!!! However I am sure the owner of Henley glass either is or soon will be
