Wonderful service from this dealership in Loughborough. Kia dealership vertumotors in Nottingham couldn't or wouldn't reset the electronic key fob on my car until the beginning of October. I spoke to Jade in the reception on the phone and she said call in the same day! It took about 20 minutes and now works perfectly. 5 stars Loughborough Kia.

3rd service with Kia Loughborough today and once again outstanding customer service. Car dropped off for 8:30am and completed including a wash and hoover by 10am. Nothing is ever too much trouble here and I highly recommend them

I have a fault on my kia ceed which shows up best from when the car is cold, so i was to leave it overnight and have a courtesy car, and it was duly booked in.So i arrived and when booking the car in i was asked for my driving license, which was a surprise as at the time of booking nothing about a license was said to me by the female service team member.I was then told that it would be on the email that confirmed the booking...i couldnt remember seeing anything about a license on the mail, so as they offered no solution i walked out in disgust, cursing as i left.Got home and checked the email and this is what i found;the main body of the text contained the details of the booking as would be expected, but nothing about the license, but it also included wording to the effect of please like us on facebook" which says to me they prefer self promotion over informing their customers of important info they need to know.I did find the license info on the email

Terrible snooty salesman who thinks of his pocket sales rather than customers needs put me off buying here. Went to Toyota further down the road and bought a better quality and more environment friendly car.

The car was serviced fi e. However, when booking it in, I mentioned a suspected fault to be investigated, and despite logging the request, nothing happened.To be fair, they looked at it the next day. However, it was fortunate that it was a spare car and not too inconvenient to leave it with them.Had it been the main family vehicle, then it would have been a pain to not have it for two days instead of one.

Brilliant service by Russell, I never felt pushed into buying a car. He was very patient with me, it's a long time since I bought a car so was rather nervous, but he put me at ease. When I finally bought it he said to go back any time I'm not sure of anything, so I feel very reassured. Thank you!
