Have always really struggled with the dentist due to a combination of low self esteem caused by my teeth and general fear of the dentist, went to old town for a check up today and was really happy and impressed, dentist I saw was absolutely lovely and very patient. Answered all my questions and gave me a really clear idea of what my treatment plan will be. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a new dentist

Currently receiving treatment with invisalign braces. The whole experience has been great. Nearly at the end now but will definitely consider further treatments that I may be a suitable candidate for to support the straightening of my teeth... lifechanging.

I cannot fault this place. I’ve been going for months now and I couldn’t be happier. The place is clean and welcoming, the staff are always lovely. I have major anxiety and the dentist that deals with me is absolutely amazing - she really puts me at ease and I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for me and my awful teeth. Just an all round brilliant dental practice!

I’ve been going to this place for 7 years with no issues. It easily get 5 stars in my books because when I first went here it taught me how pleasant dentistry can be as my previous place was not up to their standard. My only comment is since there is no phone reception in the waiting room, there’s not much to do and I wish they had some magazines.

Great dental practice. Friendly receptionist and dental nurse. My dentist (originally from Spain, I forgot his name) is very thorough, professional, lovely and polite. He explained everything very well, and has a great sense of humour. (Thank you!) Hygiene on top. Overall, excellent care and service, and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice.

After two bad experiences at other practices, I tried old town dental recommended by a friend and I have no regrets. They are efficient and helpful but also they explain the procedure, however small, so you know what they are doing each time. Both reception and dentists are great at their jobs and I'm not scared to go back :)
