Called in for a pint but had three as the larger was nice and cold so stayed for food which was good the chips were nice but not enough

bloody marvellous, just how pubs used to be.reasonable priced honest food and beer, lots of it 4+ real ales on tap.it was very busy on Sat 16th September, but had a nice friendly vibe

Lovely pub, great food, very friendly staff and owners. Pub is almost 500 years old and very characterful. Choice of ales was great. Highly recommended

Popped in to eat after a walk around the village with the kids and we were very pleasantly surprised. It has a very relaxed feel and friendly staff. There was a great selection of food, including lots of veggie options and we all really enjoyed our meals. We saw that they have quizzes and live music too, so we'll definitely be back!

The overall vibe of the pub I loved, the 2 bikes as you come in through the door were incredibly cool.But I need to rave about the food because it was AMAZING. I had the buttermilk chicken burger and it was probably the best chicken burger I've had, and I'm not going to lie, I love food *pats belly* the seasoning, the coleslaw on the side and the chips were so so good.My other half had their Christmas pizza special dish which I'm not too fussed about but even he was incredibly pleased with his order.Staff were friendly and lovely.1000/10!Would definitely come back if we're this way again.Thank you!
