I had my eyebrows done by Sophie at John Lewis I couldn’t recommend her enough. Sophie is very friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted after I was worried from having a bad experience at another brow salon. She went through the new skin care range which I love! I have been coming to Sophie for a year to sort my brows and she has ALWAYS amazed me with how beautiful she makes my brows. She is so professional, friendly and offers bespoke advice on the best products to suit my brows and skin. Usually in stores you get a really generic sales pitch but Sophie has fantastic knowledge and pitches me the best products for my needs. The store is so welcoming and friendly and I love every visit, and always leave feeling my very best ❤️

Great,helpful experience with Caitlyn today in the John Lewis “Benefit” counter today. Took my daughter to buy her first skin care & makeup products. Caitlyn had a lovely way about her & was great at explaining the products, their ingredients and the stages of skincare recommended. She gave my shy, teenage daughter confidence & left happy with her purchases. She definitely had a better understanding of what to use, do and how to care for her skin. Caitlyn was a lovely young lady who showed passion about the products and did a really good job.

Had an amazing time getting my brows done by Jess. Had a wax and tint which looked perfect she done it exactly how I wanted. She also gave me a relaxing mini facial with the skin care range, this worked great on my skin and has convinced me to change from my usual skincare brands from now on. will be coming back here everytime!!

I have been looking for an eyebrow place in Liverpool after moving here and I am so glad I have finally found a great place! Jess did my eyebrows and she was so lovely and did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted so I was very pleased as I have quite difficult thick eyebrows! She talked me through every step and always checked that I liked what she was doing which really put me at ease. She also fit my mum in for a brow wax without an appointment so thank you.
