Great place for coffee and play. Cake and lunches available, free parking. Great for walking, dogs and children

Good play area, suitable for several age groups. However there is a major safety issue with the large swings. Surrounding play equipment is located too close to the swings and puts under 3s in real danger. Obviously carers have to be constantly vigilant in any play area with this age group but the layout here seems particularly risky. There is plenty of space in the surrounding area so it seems unnecessary to accept such a risk.

Love the cafe. Good coffee amazing cakes and lovely friendly staff. You can sit in or out. So great for families and dogs and wen it's great weather!Well stocked shop too.Great place for a meet up.Lovely children's park all fenced in as well as large field to run around in. Good sized car park.

What a brilliant park!My 5-year-old son loved playing here, there is a small car park, and cafe too. We went to the Grey Hound pub for a roast, which backs onto the field where the park is.Lots of slides, swings, climbing net, climbing wall, Wendy style tree house!Brilliant for a play.

Brilliant playground, one of the better ones I've been too. Suitable for a range of ages. Will deffinently visit again. So much for them to do, range of slides suitable for different areas, swings, balance beams, rope climbing, etc.

Nice area. Best for children under 7 years old. Plenty to play on, with a slide, swings, a little house and so on. Gets quite dirty in winter due to the wood chips so be prepared

Lovely park children aged 2,4,5 and 11 all enjoyed it. Huge green next to it with goal posts and picnic benches cafe open to. Only downside is the swing in the middle of the park!

Great fun for kids. Nice having the shop nearby. There were a few children being disrespectful of the climbing apparatus, climbing on top of the tunnel slide and parents telling them it's fine!! Rather than telling them it's not.
