Absolute garbage. Short, packed trains with no air con, which are late 50% of the time. Have been commuting for the past 3 months and glad todays my last. More services and longer trains needed at peak times!

What a lovely experience. Friendly staff, mostly on time and not too many on-train announcements. A class 68 and a few well-maintained Mk3's (yes, a proper train with a real engine at the front) is perfection. It passes through some pretty scenery, too. Head and shoulders above most of Britain's train companies, please don't change a thing.

Lovely train with comfy seats, plugs and free wifi. It says unlimited wifi but when I signed in it says I had 125mb which isn't unlimited.

Have to agree with last reviwer. This is really a poor service. They packed too many people on a short train. Can't breathe and no aircon. It feels like a sauna in here which would have been great if I was in a spa Friday night with my girlfriend not sweating like a butcher in bangalore heat on my way to an important meeting.Its not even peak summer heat yet so anyone frail needs to avoid this train for life and limb. No WiFi and no electricity to charge your phone completes a short cake of misfortune by Chiltern Railways. This is the second time I've used their service from London to Birmingham and will not use them again hopefully.

The trains are dreadful anywhere in the few hours around rush hour, packed, standing room only for £5K a year. Not good enough.

No replacement buses at all during strike days, and deliberate untruths on website on the non-strike days to deter people from travelling. To get to Stoke Mandeville Hospital from London is now going to be extremely long in duration and overly-complicated. I've regularly used this company for over 40 years, and their arrogance towards customers and lack of care disgusts me to the core. A repulsive organisation which previously seemed reasonably decent; a sad reflection of these stinking, greed-obsessed times.

Did you know you can buy your tickets up to 5 times cheaper if you buy on-line? Nice modern trains with free wifi and power sockets. Our train was almost empty 10 minutes before departure and almost full 5 minutes prior to departure

Completely unreliable service, always on strike and you never know whether or not they will work a day that you are planning to go somewhere with their trains. I cannot say how many times they disrupted my personal and professional life.

It's one of the worst railway services I ever used. It's always late, trains got cancelled, now commutation or intention to help their customers.I had 3 accedes during last 2 months when I was late to work because trains got cancelled and have to stay in London because they were out of service.
