Arriving particularly distressed (over personal sad news on the way) I felt completely defeated and physically unable to carry my waste up the ladders. Two very intuitive and kind employees, so sorry I didn't get their names. But their line manager needs to commend them. They helped me without hesitation and really made my day. Thank you.As for the site it was very quiet and organised. 1.30pm on a Monday. Booking system was fine and gave me an immediate booking.

This was first time visiting since restrictions were lifted, and it was great. No queues, straight in, straight out, the guys down there were really helpful, as always. Offering advice on where certain bits, that you are not sure of, should go.Good to have the place operating normally again.

Whilst the council have tried their absolute best to make this site unusable for so many people by banning vans and pick ups, not accepting many items such as rubble, soil etc the staff there are absolutely brilliant. So very helpful, always polite and work as an exceptional team.

Never had a problem here and have been using it for years. I’ve always found the staff to be really helpful. Never normally a queue (except of course during the lockdowns)
