Very professional service. Left an initial message on Sunday, received a call back the same day. The appointment was booked by 08:15 on Monday morning.Mark and his colleague arrived punctually. They were very polite and thorough. The younger colleague was training, so Mark was very patient and explained everything which was taking place. A component for the boiler was purchased, which they went and collected, only being gone for 1/2 hour. The boiler was up and running very soon after that. Well do to all concerned. Great job.

Excellent, brilliant, efficient, polite, knowledgeable.........just a few of the positive qualities this company portrays. I've had a few Engineers in the past to come out and fix my Borsch boiler and none of them come close to GST. Well done I am completely satisfied with how everything has been handled.

They were very helpful on the phone. The guy that came out was a nice chap and very patient with me as was hard getting to boiler then also I had damaged part and a missing part that I didn't know about. But all sorted now and would highly recommend. Thanks guys

The service I received from GST was in a word excellent. All the engineers were professional, friendly, supportive and willing to answer any questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with boilers and associated plumbing, I simply wouldn't use anyone else.
