First of all i would like to thank the laidy at the national express office ( Bournemouth couch station) i went to her befor my departure time to pay for extra luggage she told me that i dont have to since my bags are medium sized i wasn't sure so at time of my departure 3 hrs later i foubd her outside her office ensuring me that iam ok and my bags are medium sizesThe bus driver was very nice and kind as well

Good Day,we made a day trip to London on April 20, Very nice staff in the station in Bournemouth and friendly helpful bus drivers. On the way back we had a technical defect at the bus. Already after 15 minutes stood a spare vehicle ready and we have certainly come back. Norman (the bus driver) hopefully, too! Greetings from Germany.Martin and Linus

The coach station needs updating ,especially the toilets.To take your suitcase in with you requires the skills of an Olympic athlete ,as the space is so tight.The male staff are extremely helpful, and patient ,even with the most difficult of customers.There were plenty of seats in the waiting room so a reasonable experience all in all.

There’s no waiting room available in this station. The staff as well has no system when selecting chance passengers - they’re just handpicking whoever they want or who they deemed as “waiting” when we got there earlier and had asked them repeatedly for a spot. Will never try this national express station again. This had made us stressful on top of the storm eunice cancelling all train rides going back to London.

I used to visit this coach station in March 2020 because I used to take the coach in order to commute to work. Its employees were very helpful, kind and professional. They also advised me about fares. As a result, I chose the best the best ticket available at the time. Coach drivers were also kind and friendly. Coaches were very comfortable and always on time. I always had a nice, safe and pleasant journey to work.
