Excellent communication from Paul, really helpful and provided advice on other renovation issues. Reliable and did what he said he would do, when he said. Richard worked really hard throughout very difficult wet conditions to get the job done- removing rotten wood guttering and replacing with aluminium guttering and new down pipes. The simple part of the guttering was fine, but we have bay windows and since getting the guttering have had a lot of problems which we didn’t have before. They refuse to accept responsibility for these and have sent a swathe of angry messages my way for bringing up the issues. I paid a lot of money, and paid promptly, but have been left with a lot of problems to sort out myself and very poor customer service.
