Having stopped smoking some years ago through hypnosis, I thought it might help with my ever increasing fear of flying. I found Lizzie through the Duffield Scene and made contact straight away.Though I believe in the power of hypnosis, I did have a few doubts about a) seeing a different hypnotherapist and b) going 6 months before I was due to fly for my summer holiday!I needed have worried, since seeing Lizzie, I have not really thought about flying at all, and had a fantastic holiday without any of the usual anxiety - even when we hit turbulence!Lizzie - Thank you for making trips a pleasure again

Professional yet very easy to talk to. I was unsure what to expect when visiting for my first appointment having never considered hypnotherapy etc before. Lizzie put me at ease, talked me through everything and I can't believe how much seeing her has helped me. Would recommend to anyone....

Read on!I've been smoking for over 30 years and tried to give up on many occasions, but never managed more than a couple of days before the dreaded Nicotine Man managed to KO me. I honestly thought that I would never manage to give up. Having tried literally everything else, after meeting Lizzie at a networking event, thought I would give it a go as what harm could it do.Following my appointment with Lizzie, yes I did still want a cigarette (for a couple of weeks anyway), but there was some strange thing in my mind that was telling me that I also didn't want one. It was like two equal forces pulling at each other, which was weird, but also made it easy for me to ignore the urge. This was something I had never been able to do in the past.I'm now 5 weeks Cigarette Free" and feeling a lot better for it.Thank you Lizzie!"

I have a long-standing fear of hospitals, but am unfortunately required to visit one on a regular basis. After a particularly difficult appointment a few months ago (despite everything being relatively fine), I sought help from Change from Within.I had a few sessions in the summer (plus one just before my most recent appointment), all of which made me feel much more relaxed, but the proof of the pudding is, as they say, in the eating, and I'm glad to say that I was much more relaxed this time, to the point of barely believing how I could be so relaxed in a hospital.In a nutshell, I would heartily recommend Change from Within. We're all different, of course, but it worked very well for me.
