Not that great ,staff rude, staff allow people to fill up with engines on, car doors open, blasting out music,mobile phones being used whilst customer is fueling ! Definitely has gone downhill since I visited 4 + yrs ago definitely will not be returning will wait to use Shell site in city centre

We have been using this petrol stations for years but after last incident we won’t use it again …YOU HAVE TO READ THIS …My partner filled up his car went to pay with his phone and the cashier said that he’s all cards don’t work … so my partner offered to pay in cash.Cashier has refused the cash and told him to go to home and get his physical cards … so we went home - wasted more then 30min to drive home and back to this station… NOW THE BEST BIT …Guess what happened when my partner wanted to pay with his physical card…. ?!The card terminals haven’t been working - YES they have been down … and your system was down … and now the best bit …Cashier accepted CASH !!!!This is an outrageous joke - waste of time and total absurd. So why couldn’t we do it in the first place ?! Drive around waste our time and fuel just for you to say we can pay eventually with cash when we had cash on us all the time …It’s an absolute disgrace - what sort of service is this ?!On top of that … Shell cashier was unpleasant and rude … he said to my husband that he’s wasting his time !!!!How can he waste his time when he works there and takes payments and we have to drive around like idiots because he can’t take the payment or doesn’t know how to do it … please explain to me what is this all about ?! This is the worst experience of filling up a vehicle I had in my life.Never in our lives something like that happened to us … and the way this situation was dealt was shocking … plus unprofessional behaviour of the cashier and sarcastic comments are an absolute disgrace to SHELL !!! Embarrassing and wrong on all levels !!! Won’t use this petrol station again !

Sadly, the early morning coffee from the coffee machine at the Shell station turned into a negative experience: while I was trying to figure out the machine which eventually made me a huge flat white and which was constantly beeping like in a hospital monitor, the man behind me was getting impatient, and the man at the till made comments about me being slow, I excused myself with the fact that it’s a machine not a café, and he replied that « the machine’s fine » implying that « I wasn’t ». Perhaps you need to put a sign on the door and on the coffee machine: « Only for fast operating brains and manlike workers ».

You can get snacks for the ride, use the toilet and re-fill your car

Shocking.. out of 10 people that walked in 1 had a mast on... and the staff never said a word... and people wonder why the country is in the state its in .. fine them ... simple.. the petrol station should be closed for a week to learn the staff to tell people where masks

Terrible experience at this station, I am being regular to this station, recently I bought one head light bulb, by the time i asked the staff if not the right fit I will return in 15 minutes, staff told to come in the day time to return the item, as it was not right fit for me, i went there to return but i was treated so badly by the staff called “Miland” he didn’t have courtesy to even listen to me, and being very rude even infront of the other customer and said either to meet Manager or the same staff who served me at first place.When I asked about the customer return policy, they have no idea what it is. I called morning time to check whether Manager there or not but staff said don’t know when the manager will be there, when i was passing by i went again there to see the guy who served me for the first time in the night, as he working in the nightshift. Staff called”Miland” recommended to meet the same guy. But again i was treated so bad and staff said, You could do anything you want but not gonna accept or return anything. He said he will call the police if I don’t leave.They don’t know what time their manager works there also staff advised me to visit 6 AM to see manager.It is not about money, it’s about the customer service. At first place if the staff said they don’t take anything in return I would understand them better. I even told i will report and write review but they don’t care about it at all.Hope shell management team will review it and I will formally log a complaint against this store.Don’t recommend this store at all.. I switched to shell few months ago but I won’t continue hereThanks.

Even if the app shows the offer, staff not ready to issue those and tell something that this is not valid or no stock

Been using this service station for the past 25yrs but on my recent visit to the station the member of staff operating on the late night shifts had no clue on how to switch the pump on from inside for customers to fuel up leaving me baffled on this individualIf the staff member didn't know how to operate it simple thing is to get proper training and be up for the jobThe stations are quick to put fuel prices up and probably dodge the tax system and gain mega profits but simple thing is get your staff fully trained and know how to speak English and not swear to customersI for one definitely won't be going there againAvoid them as staff on lates are rude

Ripped us off this morning, phoned for a manager at 6.15am he told me he would investigate his night staff. Then turned on me and told me to go through the police. Will be reporting as fraud with out bank
