Jim West and family have supplied and fitted my carpets for a number of years. They are a very friendly family and go the extra mile to help. The carpets and flooring are of excellent quality and fitted very well. I have used them for both home and business. I recommend Jim and would never buy from elsewhere.

We have been going here for over 10 years. They carpeted our previous home more than once and now they are doing our new home.All you do is have them measure your house in one go and then when you need a carpet for a particular room you just tell them the room and choose the carpet, this makes it so simple.Great value for money, amazing shop service with a very familiar face and very well mannered and experienced fitters.We never look anywhere else.

I had my attic and stairs carpet fitted last week by J West and sons and I honestly can't fault any part of the procedure. The service was really friendly, helpful and on time (both with the times for fitting and coming to take the sizes - they even rang me 20 minutes before they were due, just to remind me that they were on their way, which I particularly liked). In the last 10 years I have had 3 carpets fitted by West's and my mother always used to buy her carpets here because the prices were very reasonable & the service was good. I believe in praise where it's due and I would rate this company as 5 star based on the service I've had so far.

This will be the easiest review i have ever written.Went to shop, found the carpets x 2 paid deposit fitting was in less than 4 days, omg SUPERB SERVICE from start to finish.If you ever need a carpet go to J West & Sons you will not be dissapointed.Polite, Helpful, proper manners and above all no pressure. 1st class service as always with this carpet firm, after sales is excellent to. Had a little problem with my stair carpet and they came out and it was fixed no problem. Very helpful and pleasant family run firm will definitely be going there again when I need flooring. Thanks again for all your help.
